​​My name is Nadine. ​

I was born in one of the most beautiful cities - St. Petersburg (Russia) in 1976.
I am a mask artist and I'm fond of vintage collecting.
My passion is the history of things and literature. And all this has its reflection in my works.

The process of masks creation is a kind of time diving for me. It is Philosophy and History.
My inspiration comes from the world myths - from the ancient Sumerian to the newest Greek. I am interested in all cultures and nations with no exceptions.
Mask is no longer an utilitarian thing, but it is a fine art, a compilation of styles, materials and techniques. It is philosophy, the role, the ancient story told anew.
Basing only on primary sources, passing through my perception, mind and hands, I make 100% original works and one of a kind only works.​
